Webmention

Webmention is a protocol for letting someone else know you mentioned their page. Combined with such things as brid.gy, Webmention allows you to turn social media replies, likes, and shares into comments, likes, and shares on your page(s).

    Semantic Linkbacks is a plugin available on isBrill.com and for WordPress.org that adds microformats to content, and syntactically meaningful information to Webmentions. In short, it makes Indie Web stuff better.
